Killing the Beep in VMWare

Oh thank Jebus! I found the way to kill the system beep on VMWare at the application level. It is so annoying and it is such a pain to turn it off for each shell across every VM.

I found out that if you add the following to the \Documents and Settings\All Users\Application Data\VMWare\VMWare Workstation\config.ini file, that the beep/bell is disabled.

mks.noBeep = "TRUE"
